About Marsha Minervini

I have a very client-centered approach to working with homebuyers and sellers. I start with listening to what your needs and wants are, and I work very hard at finding the right match.

What also separates me from most Realtors® is that I have 17 years of experience in the construction business. This gives my clients a tremendous advantage, because I can contribute that knowledge through each step of the buying and selling process. I can give you great ideas for things to look for, and other things to look out for.

I work very hard to make sure my clients are happy with the experience, because I'd like them to call me back if and when they are ready to move again!
